1. Spraying operators must be trained in safety technology and are not allowed to work without training.
2. Before the painting operation, check all the painting equipment and tools thoroughly and confirm that there is no problem before the painting can work.
3. The ventilation and purification of the spray painting site should meet the requirements of GB 6415.
4. During the operation, the safety and technology department of the enterprise shall assign special personnel to regularly measure the oxygen content and combustible gas concentration in the air in the closed space. The oxygen content shall be above 18%, and the combustible gas concentration shall be lower than 10% of the lower limit of explosion.
5. At least two or more people should be equipped for the painting operation in the cabin. If the operation place is too small to accommodate only one person, another person should be responsible for supervision.
6. High painting operation should comply with "Safety Regulations for High work of Ship Construction".
7. When multiple spray guns work at the same time, they must be separated (about 5m) and sprayed in a certain direction.
8. In the special coating operation, the spraying equipment and hoses should be managed by special personnel. In case of any malfunction or abnormality of the equipment, the personnel in the cabin should be informed to leave the cabin and the maintenance personnel should check and repair the equipment.
